In 2002, 13-year-old Milly Dowler disappeared without a trace. Her family was devastated, and the ensuing search for her became one of the most high-profile missing person cases in British history. Five months later, Milly's body was discovered, and her killer, Levi Bellfield, was eventually convicted of her murder.

Milly's older sister, Gemma Dowler, was just 16 years old when her sister went missing. In the years that followed, Gemma struggled to cope with the grief and loss of her beloved sister. She withdrew from friends and family, and her grades at school plummeted.

But Gemma refused to give up. She drew strength from her family and friends, and she gradually began to rebuild her life. She went on to graduate from university and become a successful businesswoman.

In 2012, Gemma published her memoir, My Sister Milly. In the book, Gemma shares her personal story of loss and resilience. She writes about the pain of losing her sister, the challenges of coping with grief, and the importance of finding hope in the darkest of times.

My Sister Milly is a moving and powerful memoir that will stay with you long after you finish reading it. It is a story of love, loss, and resilience that will inspire you to never give up on hope.
